We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Areas: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to logistics delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or order amounts, as per ongoing offers.

However, Assenn.in is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are entered correctly.
We will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or find missing items in your package:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
