At Assenn, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products with precision and care.
Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns or replacements are accepted.

🔹 1. Eligibility for Return

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories.

🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return, including:

Custom-made or personalized items.
Electrical/mechanical parts once installed or used.
Consumables, lubricants, or products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.

🔹 3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at info@industrialbasket.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with pickup or return-shipment instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

🔹 4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
In case of replacement, the new product will be dispatched after quality verification.

🔹 5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the full shipping cost.
For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

🔹 6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@industrialbasket.in or +91 76980 76092.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
