If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

🔹 1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

You received a damaged or defective product.
You received a wrong item that does not match your order.
The product is missing parts or accessories that were originally included.

⚠️ Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

🔹 2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be refunded:

Customized or made-to-order products.
Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.
Electrical or mechanical items once opened or installed.

🔹 3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Contact us at info@industrialbasket.in with your Order ID, reason for refund, and clear images/video of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Our quality team will verify the claim and approve eligible refunds.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

🔹 4. Mode of Refund

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 3–5 working days to reflect in your account.
If payment was made via COD, we will request your bank details for a secure transfer.

🔹 5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned period:

First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or payment provider.
